Nuka Cafe began as a dream my husband and I shared during our university days. a vision of creating a cozy, welcoming place where people could gather, relax, and feel at home. In 2019, we brought that dream to life and named it “Nuka,” inspired by the first two letters of our names, Nurdan and Kagan. The name holds a special meaning for us, and every time a customer asks about it, it brings a smile to our faces.

Despite the challenges of COVID, wildfires, and the ongoing financial and emotional hardships that have affected our city, we have remained strong and fully dedicated to what we love most: serving our community. Through every difficulty, our goal has always been to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
As a woman-owned business, I take great pride in maintaining a space that is not only clean and cozy but also filled with genuine warmth and smiles. At Nuka Cafe, we want every guest to feel like part of our family, to relax, connect, and feel at home.
We are deeply grateful for the love and support we have received over the years and look forward to creating many more happy memories together.
